Following the discussions from RECon, Michael interviews Chris Macke with CoStar o gain a handle on the current and future sales volume for the various property sectors, plus current and trending cap rates around the country. Chris also shares which retail property types are seeing the most activity and his predictions for 2011 and 2012.
